The substructure (under carriage) we build is built
with treated components which is best for ground contact. Your decking and railing if
choosing wood can last decades if maintained with quality paint, stain or sealers. There
are also low maintenance options available such as the wood fiber/recyclable plastic
composites (i.e. Trex) and the "0" maintenance option of vinyl decking and
railing.

Pricing
We are trying to give the best product within your budget. If you're set on using a higher
quality material you may have to reduce the size, keeping in mind that you can add on
later.
